Powered robot work clamp
Product Description
I. Product Applications:
Low-voltage insulated piercing connectors are suitable for T-connections or connections in building power distribution systems, connections of low-voltage overhead insulated cables, T-connections or connections of low-voltage insulated entrance cables, connections in road lighting power distribution systems, on-site branching of ordinary cables, connections of underground grid cables, connections of lawn and flowerbed lighting lines, etc.
II. Structural Features
1. This product has advantages such as good piercing effect, low resistance, insulation, electrical and thermal cycle stability.
2. The structure is sealed, and the connector is resistant to twisting, shock, corrosion, moisture, water, and aging.
3. The torque nut ensures constant piercing pressure, connection, and requires no maintenance.
4. Cable branching can be done without removing the cable insulation, and the joint is completely insulated. The main cable does not need to be cut off, and branching can be done at any position on the cable without damaging the cable insulation layer. Installation is simple and convenient, only a socket wrench is needed, and live installation is possible.
5. Economical, the installation space is minimal, saving on bridge frames and civil engineering costs. In building applications, terminal boxes and distribution boxes are not required, and cable returns are not needed, saving on cable investment. The cost of cable + connector is lower than other power supply systems.
III. Performance Tests
1. Mechanical Properties: The clamping force of the connector is greater than 1/10 of the breaking force of the conductor, meeting the requirements of GB2314-1997.
2. Temperature Rise Performance: Under large current conditions, the temperature rise of the connector is the temperature rise of the connected conductor.
3. Thermal Cycle Performance: Conforms to the GB/T2317-2000 thermal cycle test standard for power fittings.
4. Waterproof and Insulation Performance: Meets the relevant test requirements of Part 2 of GB/T13140-1998.
5. Corrosion Resistance: Three 14-day cycle tests in sulfur dioxide and salt spray environments.
6. Environmental Aging Performance: Exposure to ultraviolet light, dry and humid environments, temperature changes, and thermal shock for six weeks.
