I. Performance Characteristics
SF6 electrical equipment failures are divided into internal and operating mechanism failures; internal failures involving solid insulation pose the greatest safety threat to the equipment. Internal failures can be divided into two categories: discharge and overheating. Discharge failures can be further classified into floating potential discharge, ground discharge, and inter-turn discharge. Currently, commonly used electrical tests at home and abroad are generally conducted under power-off conditions, and the insulation that poses the greatest safety threat has a very low detection rate. The TFYFJ-502 SF6 decomposition product analyzer produced by our company is an intelligent all-in-one device, which features high sensitivity, stability, and ease of operation. It can automatically diagnose and provide processing suggestions based on the detected concentration, providing a simple and effective means for the early detection of internal faults in SF6 electrical equipment.

II. Scope of Application
By simultaneously monitoring three decomposition products: SO2, H2S, and CO, the SF6 decomposition product analyzer can quickly detect and identify early failures within SF6 electrical equipment (circuit breakers, current transformers, transformers, GIS, and bushings, etc.) on-site. This instrument is widely applicable to SF6 electrical equipment in the power, railway, metallurgical, and petrochemical industries.
